If you can't get hold of us after office hours, just drop an email at support@hatkecv.com. All of our CVs are ATS friendly and uniquely tailored to you - we never use templates. We genuinely care about each and every customer, and we want to help you progress in your career.
It’s very easy! After you’ve placed your HatkeCV order we’ll start work right away, and we guarantee we’ll complete it within the agreed turnaround time.
If you don’t have an existing CV then we’ll be in contact with you within 24 hours to collect all the necessary information. For any order your writer may contact you to discuss things further. All our CVs are delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF format and, once you’ve received your order, your writer will edit your CV until you’re 100% happy with it.
If you don’t already have a CV we’ll get in touch to ask you about your work experience, education and other relevant information within 24 hours of submitting your order. If you already have a CV you’ll be asked to upload it during the ordering process.
For all orders, we’ll ask for basic personal information so that we can contact you and send your order back by email. We’ll also require your address in order to put this information on your CV and to send a copy pack to you (if you order one).
Our prices are extremely competitive. We’ve seen other companies charging £100 plus for an early career CV, which is completely unnecessary. With our CVs starting at only £50, you can be confident that any order with HatkeCV is priced fairly and realistically.
For an extra charge you can add accessories to your order, such as a LinkedIn profile, cover letter or Website Profile. There are no hidden charges and all our prices are clearly displayed throughout the process.

Yes! Our website uses SSL meaning your connection to our site and all information uploaded is secure. We also run McAfee Website Protection on our site to protect your information even further. We use Stripe to process our payments which means we don't see your card details. Our turnaround times will depend on the type of CV you order. However, our average turnaround for most orders is just 7 working days. We’ll state this when you place an order with us.
If you require a CV sooner we offer an express service that means you can get your first draft back within 24 hours once all the necessary/required information has been received.

No, we do not require your credentials. Instead, we will carefully review your LinkedIn profile and provide you with a comprehensive document outlining all recommended changes. You can then implement these changes on your profile yourself.
We have a number of writers, who all have extensive CV writing experience. All our writers have relevant experience in writing CVs in your industry.
You’ll be assigned a dedicated CV writer who matches your background and CV requirements, and if you order a specialist CV, we will choose a writer with significant knowledge of your industry. You'll also be able to talk to us at any time using our 24/7 freephone number.
When you order we’ll take full payment securely on our website. You can pay using Visa, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard or American Express.
We can only offer a refund if we haven’t yet started working on your order.
We’re confident you will be satisfied with the product or service you receive. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied, you just need to let us know within seven days of receiving your completed order and we’ll work with you diligently until you’re happy with your CV. Should you place an incorrect order – for example, by selecting the wrong type of CV – then we will contact you and arrange for any difference in cost to be settled.
Our CV writers are seasoned professionals and know what a fantastic CV looks like. For this reason, if you’re unhappy with your order, we’ll first talk you through the reasons why your CV has been designed and written the way it has.
If you’re still unhappy dissatisfied, we will carefully consider your feedback and revise your CV accordingly. You can request up to 5 drafts to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final result.
